做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
