做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
