做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把(bǎ )陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
