做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
