做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
