做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
