做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
