做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
