做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
