做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
