做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
