做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
