做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
