做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
