做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
