做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
