做法:春(chūn )笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
