做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
