做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
