做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
