做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
