做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
