做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
