做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
