做(zuò )法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
