做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
