做法(fǎ ):春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
