做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
