做法:洗净(jìng )宰(zǎi )好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
