做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
