做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可(kě )品(pǐn )尝。 -
