做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
