做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮(huái )山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
