做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
