做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
