做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
