做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
