做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
