做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
