做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
