做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
