做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入(rù )生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
