做(zuò )法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
