做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
