做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
