做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
