做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮(pí )泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
