做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼(yú ),煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味(wèi )即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
