做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
