做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米(mǐ )。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料(liào ),武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中(zhōng )小(xiǎo )火煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐(yán )调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
